IMPORTANT NOTE: Standard shipping and handling fees do not apply to this lot. Buyer's location will determine actual costs and item will be shipped Parcel Post through the US Post Office. Insurance on the piece will be 2% of final purchase value, which ever is greater. Please wait for an invoice from Anglo-American before paying, to assure that the correct amount is billed.

GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL may not be available to all countries (such as Italy and Belgium). Registered mail may be required at the standard rate of $14.50 + 1% insurance.

Oversize lots or lots weighing in excess of 2 oz. are priced on an individual basis.
