It is c1880 and made in the aesthetic movement style. The crescent moon is embellished with very fine engraving. The leaves and flowers are layered on top of the moon and enhance the design and give it more depth. The two larger flowers and leaves are 10k rose gold. The pin is very well made and in excellent condition, no damage or wear. It measures 1.75" long and .75" wide. A safety clasp has replaced the original C style clasp for security. It has not been polished and retains the original patina. It has four hallmarks on the back of the crescent. It is a fabulous antique pin and a great addition to any collection.
