Offered today is a fabulous 1850s or 1860s Civil War-Era Walnut Victorian Rococo Hall Chair - Highly Carved - with Beautiful Needlepoint Seat. On its original Brass Casters ! The chair is in overal excellent condition with minimal wear and tear - especially considering its age!! Ornate carvings throughout - just a beautiful and hard-to-find example! The chair measures 41" Inches tall by about 20" Inches wide and about 22" Inches deep. The seat height is about 15" Inches. T are some age-splits - along original glue lines - not new breaks - which were re-glued over the years - these are NOT repairs of damaged breaks.
