Part of an estate collection and offered in this auction is a beautifuL Victorian 22Kt gold wedding band. Wonderful old patina on gold which I have left. Ring has nice markings which I have drawn out for you Hallmark collectors. This ring is the Most comfortable ring I have ever worn, it was Definitely made by a superior Goldsmith. All rounded edges with a Nice Heavy weight you only get with High Grade Gold. Ring weighs 4.6 grams and is quite considerable given its 91.6 percent Gold and gold is currently selling for over $900 per gram. Every jeweLry booK I have ever read, stresses the Importance of Saving and Preserving 22Kt gold items and Not melting them down, so I do Hope the winner of this auction takes that into consideration!!!
