This is a beautiful original Pine Welsh Dresser. It is a really lovely, solid pieceof furniture which would look amazing in anyones kitchen, as well as being a really practical piece of furniture. It has a cupboard at the top with glass doors and one shelf. One door locks with a hook which attaches to the shelf, and the other door then locks with a key. We have the original key and the lock is in working condition. All of the fittings on the dresser are made of brass. The bottom half of the dresser has a shelf and again one door locks with a hook which attatches to the shelf – we do not have a key for the bottom lock. The dresser stands on four small rounded feet. The top sits on to the bottom with two legs and is attached at the back with two pieces of wood which screw to the top and the bottom – one of these pieces is missing at the back which could easily be replaced – I have tried to show that in one of the photos. There is a small spinter on the top of the dresser – this does not detract from its condition and could easily be sanded out. The Dresser stands 6ft 9" high, is 1ft 11" deep and is 3ft 10" wide.
