Here we have a wonderful grouping of ~19~ original, Victorian Dresser or Biscuit jar lids. PLEASE CHECK OUT the grouping of 34 Victorian PICKLE CASTOR ~LIDS~ that came out of the same estate which I just listed. These biscuit or dresser jar lids came out of an old estate where the person was a long time antique dealer who has not been in business for years. It took over 60 years of collecting to come up with this many extra pickle lids. These lids were tucked safely away, so if they ever needed one they would most likely find a good fit to increase the value of a nice Victorian jar. They range in size from about 3 3/4 inches across all the up to just under 6 inches across. If you like Victorian Silverplate these sure would be handy to have when the situation comes up, and you need a lid. If you only ever use a few, on a nice Wavecrest or Victorian Art Glass jar it would be well worth the investment. The condition on most of the lids is pretty good. We did not clean, polish, or do a thing to these old lids. Most all of the lids are in wonderful, ready to use condition.
