VICTORIAN ~ BRASS FIRE SCREEN adjustable table top easel. This item is marked Norwich N&D Co. and is adjustable in height and the easel part is fully adjustable by a screw. I was told it was a victorian fire screen and probably at one time would hold a pretty tapestry. Approx. 37" tall (lowered to 23" tall) easel part is 15" and 7 1/2" wide. The base is 5" diameter. This is heavy and won't easily tip over. Questions welcome. It is old and shows tarnish on the base.
