You are bidding on a vintage, estate found Victorian era British officer's sword. The sword has a brass hilt, a steel wire handle, and a fancy etched blade. The sword has the original knot tied to the handle. One side of the blade has the mark "W.K. & G.", the other side of the blade has the mark "E. Sachs H.C.F.LIEFERANT". The sheath is made of leather, with a bronze / brass top & bottom. The item is in excellent condition, with no bends, breaks, or rusting. The sheath has 1 small ding on the bottom, & the leather has some wear. The knot is darkened from not being cleaned.Sword measures 38 1/2", blade measures 32".T is no reserve on this auction!
