Victorian collar and cuff box with lady in victorian blue dress and hat holding pink roses. Box has pale pink roses and green leaves around the edge. Inside is emerald green paper on sides and bottom and lid is green silk. Clasp and hinges are intact. Box has some minor breaks in the celluloid on one side due to age nothing major. The sides and bottom have been recovered. Overall in good condition for age. Box is 6.5 inches high, 6.5 inches across top Top of box has a double curve is not flat.
