Victorian porcelain fairing trinket box. Manufactured by Conta & Boehme, circa 1880. Very cute with two Kate Greenaway style children sitting atop. They are both wearing hats and dresses. The condition is very good with a flaked chip to the edge of the yellow bonnet, and a tiny flaked to chip to the blue bonnet. No other flaws, no hairlines, cracks, or repairs. T is some gold wear which is very common, the girls are painted very nicely and the paint on them is intact. The inside of the lid has the impressed Conta & Boehme shield with impressed numbers. This is a wonderful fairing box to add to your fairing collection. I welcome questions as all sales are final. Good Luck!!!
