This is a useful sewing tool containing emery grains for cleaning needles and pins. This is a replica made of elephant friendly ivorite, the original was a nineteenth century, ornamental turned, iv0 ry, emery. A very tactile easy to hold item. Measures 1 1/2 " high and sits nicely on the sewing table. Finished in velvet, this is a stock photo and the shade can vary slightly. I combine postage on similar items.
