Up for another 7-Day, NO RESERVE auction is this very unusual pair of authentic, Victorian cast iron drawer/bin pulls in an extra large size. I have no idea what type of drawer/bin/whatever these pulls were attached to, but their size would lead me to believe that it was large as well. They are heavily cast, and the detail is incredible. I guess they could make a couple of great paperweights, but they would certainly stand out in a Victorian cast iron collection too. These antique, late 1800's cast iron "owl" pulls are 3.5" tall and appx. 5.5" wide at their widest point. If you count the screw mounts, they are 3" deep but if you just count the cast iron part, the pulls are 2" deep. The cast is fantastic, and they retain a significant amount of their original silver painted surface. No apologies, no problems whatsoever. Just a great, whimsical pair of owl faces that happen to be large, decorative hardware pulls. And for NO RESERVE , forget the whimsy and start bidding! I accept money orders, personal checks and PayPal, but will wait for PayPal and/or checks to fully clear my bank (3-5 days) before sending out any merchandise. The winning bidder will also be responsible for shipping and insurance through the USPS's Priority Mail Service. Despite the fact that these pulls are made of cast iron, they will be carefully wrapped and packaged for maximum protection. Please email me with any questions prior to bidding and good luck on these two cast iron "gems".
