Offered for auction with no reserve! A lovely flow blue floral biscuit or cookie jar. This victorian piece is decorated with gorgeous lilies and sprays of babies breath. T is no makers mark but it was purchased in England and it is safe to say it is a quality piece of Staffordshire pottery. The lid with it's finial and handle are in a brass / gold metal finish. I have not polished it. I will leave that to the new owner if they desire to. T are no chips, hairlines or restorations to this piece, only the normal wear of a item over 100 years old with age related crazing. All these items are fresh to the marketplace. As with all antiques these items have minor flaws that come with age. No one should expect pieces of this age to be in new condition. I will described and photograph every item to the best of my ability and disclose any imperfection I find, I try to sell only quality items so that t are no suprises, but remember you are buying used items.
