Ornate gilded roses! This lovely Victorian necklace is comprised of gilded brass and three pieces of faceted amber glass. The two smaller glass pieces are prong set and open backed. The large central piece of glass is bezel set with a decorative prong at each corner and open backed. Very good condition with no damage to the glass or the brass. The necklace closes with a spring ring clasp that is in excellent working condition. This is a beautifully crafted necklace! Circa:Early 1900's. Composition: Gilded brass & faceted glass. Length: 16 inches. Center Faceted Glass: 15mm x 12mm. Center Brass Setting: 1 5/8 inches x 1 1/4 inches. Small Faceted Glass: 8mm x 8mm Settings: 7/8 inches x 5/8 inches. Brass Rose & Leaf Chain: 3/8 inches wide. Clasp: Spring ring.
