For sale Very Rare Cased Victorian Gilded Sterling Silver Salts Set Dated -1894 Sheffield maker - Richard Richardson, The business was established in 1796 in Sheffield by Richard Richardson. In 1895 the firm was active at Corwall Works, Sheffield and in London showroom at Ely Place, Holborn Circus. . Super complete set of four English Victorian Salts and spoons in a clam leatherette case. Case is in good condition for an antique item, has got some marks and scratches. To the inside velvet plum base and plum silk lining to top. Each salt has a super hand applied design, which would have taken many man hours to achieve. The spoons have deep round bowl. Nice period item by a very well known and collected Silversmith Maker. Great gift For the collector of fine English Silverware. Condition: Mint condition as no dings or damage, Case is also in good condition , some wear due to age If you have any questions please ask.
