This is for a very interesting folder of Victorian glass microscope slides in their original travel case. There are 12 slides with different specimens all marked up including volcanic dust from St Vincent, fossil chalk, pollen, starfish parts and fossils from Australia. There is a label advertising Newton & Co, 3 Fleet ST, Temple Bar, London on one slide. The slides are all in absolute excellent condition with no damage and clear to see. The travel case is worn at the folds but intact and each slide measures 75mm (3") long. Please check out all the other scientific and optical instruments, antique smoking and writing implements, art deco and art nouveau items and all the other vintage ladies and gentlemans accessories I am selling on ebay this week.
