Beautiful Victorian tray with a handle like a basket that is handpainted and signed "Austin". Old fashioned rose motif. This is a well done, beautiful piece, marked J P & L, France (Limoges) It is perfect -- no chips, cracks or repairs. this is 8 1/2" long, 4 1/2" wide and 3 1/2" high.
