Â's a huge oak Victorian Pocket Door measuring 60-5/8Â" wide, 83-3/8Â" high and 1-3/4Â" thick. It has its original hanger track which is marked Â"LANE BROS. CO.. LANES PAT. POUGHKEEPSIE , NY MAY 7, 1889Â" Overall length of the hanger track is 126Â". The door still has its wheels which allows it to slide on itÂ's track, as well as the lock and hardware. This door came out of an old Victorian house in Palisades Park , NJ right before it got torn down. It had been sealed in a wall for many years at which point someone had drilled a hole to run electric through the wall (see picture). This can easily be remedied and does not affect the integrity of the door. The door also has some white spotting on the one side due to water. But this too can be easily remedied when the door is refinished. This is a great door with a lot of possibilities including being used as a headboard. You would pay several thousand dollars for a door like this at a lumberyard. IÂ'm offering it at a fair starting price with no reserve. This item is for pick up or buyer arranged shipping only.
