A beautiful old, unusual, intricate and heavy Victorian silver bracelet! Unfortunately, I do not know the provenance of it. I purchased it over 20 years ago in an antique shop, but was given no history on it. It is exceptional in design and presence. Measuring 9 inches long, 2 1/4 inches wide at its widest point, and weighing 99 grams, it is a bold one-of-a-kind piece. I believe it is 800 silver, although the markings all read, "80." It has the right tarnish, patina and weight for silver. The design is alternating fish and flowers set onto silver bars that are linked together on each end.
