Listed is a Victorian sterling silver and ivory page turner with filagree holder, decorated with cherubs / angels and blue and red enamel accents. The hallmark is very worn but checking a British Hallmark reference, I believe I see the symbol for Dublin and a letter that looks like a J. That would place the date at around the 1850's. This item came from my great great-grandmother's estate, which would put the item at that age. A lovely piece. The silver filagree is in excellent condition...no dings or dents or damage of any kind to the enamel or angel images. (See close-up photo). The silver filagree does not extend to the back side...just silver along the edges and base. The hallmark is located at the back near the base. The ivory only has a tiny flea bite off the side near the top. This is not my field of collecting, so please contact me with any questions. Buyer pays only actual shipping charges via USPS. Money order payments are shipped next business day. Checks are accepted but held for clearance. Paypal is accepted at buyers request but any fees will be added to the final invoice. Minimum insurance required. The measurements of this item are 9 1/4" by 3/4".
