Victorian Silver-Plated Teapot stand, Dixon c1890's

I think this is a Silver-Plate Teapot stand, DIXON and a trumpet and banner hallmark (see first picture). Some tarnishing around the edges. Lovely fluted edge and four feet moulded into the stand. I think this dates to around the 1890's (Please correct me if i am wrong). Measures approx 15cms x 11.3cms. From a smoke free home.
