Selling one sofa / couch as is were is...item is a victorian piece, i have owned this item for over 15 yrs...Material is in fair shape ( I believe material is SILK), no tears or rips...just age. Material should clean up nicely, it has been in my estate since 1991/1992.. A very nice piece for any houshold, can be restored easily...buyer arranges pick-up of item. Happy Hoildays!!!
