This sale is for 5 pots. Perfect for seeding and potting for the spring. Alternatively, they look wonderful as a table decoration filled with small flower arrangement and/or a candle. Five small long tom seed pots dating back to Victorian times – every pot is unique. Long Toms handle beautifully, are frost resistant and are perfect for anyone seeking an authentic cottage garden look. Each pot is completely individual and sizes will vary slightly. You should also expect some minor flaws, such as marks and shading, small chips and cracks. This is what gives these pots their unique character. Each pot has printed just below the outside of the rim 'Sankey Bulwell Nottm' and are approx 3.5" / 9 cm high. This pottery was established in 1855, by Mr. R. Sankey and from Bulwell, terracotta garden flower pots were sent far and wide. R. Sankey was the founder of the world's largest producer of plant pots, Sankey's. There are a couple of vintage garden websites selling these for £3.50 'each', so grab yourself a bargain! These pots will be very securely packed, however, I cannot be held responsible for damages / breakages or items that get 'lost' in the post. I always obtain proof of posting to assist in any claim .
