This is a fancy Union Case made of a hard bake-lite-type material. The center on both sides depicts a group of grapes with leaves. The box measures 2 1/2" X 3" and has brass hinges. The inside has a beautiful and unusual forest green velvet and wonderful embelished gold/copper colored framing around the baby photo. The baby has a great "wide eyed" look and either has a butterfly hair-do or a bow in her hair. We can't tell. The box and photo are in great condition but could use some clean up. Note: The items being listed and sold in this store and on auction are the contents of a family estate. Prior to receiving this large quantity of dolls, antiques and collectables we knew very little about any of these things. In order to describe as best we can and fairly price as best we can we have consulted with dolls experts, antique experts and many reference books to determine what items are and their value.
