VICTORIAN WALNUT WARDROBE ARMOIRE HALL COAT CLOSET Circa: 1890 Dimensions: 45" wide x 17" deep x 77" high Stock Number: MK-94 Approximate Weight: 75 lbs. This armoire was made in England circa 1890. We purchased it in Bath, England. The armoire is made of solid Walnut. It has a rich, light Walnut patina. This armoire is in very good condition. It has a large crown with pediment design and a carved wheel in the center. It has a single door with large beveled mirror. The door is flanked on either side by carved panels. Behind the door t is a roomy storage area with two closet rods going from the front to the back and a few small brass hooks on top to hold your coats. The base has one large drawer. The armoire retains all its original hardware including the hinges, fancy pulls, and key plates. For ease of shipping and delivery, this armoire will ship in three sections, crown, mid section and base. T piece fit into each other without any hardware. At Shrivenham Antiques we shop in Europe to find pieces of antique furniture in original finish and good condition.
