Engraving: Della’s Knives specializes in personalizing Victorinox knives by engraving initials on the blades. Price quotes available on multi-knife orders for such special occasions as wedding, birthdays, graduations, reunions, Scout groups, etc. Have this knife personalized by engraving 2-3 letters on the blade for only $3.00. Ebay has recently made some changes to the checkout screens and I now have 2 methods to purchase engraving: 1) Purchase the $3.00 per knife Engraving Service when you buy the knife. To purchase the Engraving Service, go to my ebay store (In the knife listing under Meet the Seller, click on Dellas Knives under Visit seller’s store). The first category under Store Categories is the Engraving Service. Purchase 1 of these for each knife you would like engraved. After all purchases have been made (knife, pouch, engraving service, accessories, etc.) then click on PAY NOW. Click on Note to dellasknives11 Add a statement to clearly tell me what initials you would like engraved or copy and paste the statement below: The Letters I Want Engraved are _ _ _. (Please use capital letters) Now, very important, click on SAVE NOTE. The button will now change to EDIT NOTE . At this point, you can proceed with checkout. 2) Have me send you a combined invoice On checkout, after clicking on BUY IT NOW and PAY NOW , click on Request total from Seller , and I will send you a combined invoice for the knife and engraving. After receiving the invoice and when completing checkout, just add a note in the Message to Seller box to clearly state what initials you would like or you can copy and paste the statement below: The Letters I Want Engraved are _ _ _. (Please use capital letters) My Selling policiesPayment: Paypal preferred. Tax: 6.75% sales tax applied for North Carolina residents. Shipping: Orders will ship within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Most orders will ship the same day as payment received. This includes engraved orders. US shipping : We ship to US zip codes and to APO addresses only. We prefer to ship using USPS First Class Mail and Delivery Confirmation with optional insurance (We highly recommend that the buyer pay the insurance.) We also offer USPS Priority Mail. International Shipping: We will ship internationally to Canada only using First Class Mail International Postage for $5.00 US for the first knife. This takes about 2 weeks and insurance is not offered. Shipping with insurance is available but at a much higher rate. Contact us for rate quotes for multiple knife orders and for shipping quotes to other countries. Returns and Refunds: We will accept any knife that was incorrectly listed.
