I look Mostly for Antiques & Unique collectables. But also for the oddities and outragious items too. I just Love to Junk Thats where I got my name. Luvjunkin. Discription: Up for auction tonight Is this Gorgegous Old Indian & Horse Bronze. I am not sure. But was told it is call tough Shot. The Indian is stooped over on the side of his horse. Getting ready to shoot his arrow. It is a Franz xavier Bergman Piece. And has alot of age to it. It is cold Painted over bronze and simply beautiful. Franz did many Bronzes throughout his life. But mostly Middle eastern subjects & Animals. Not as many Native American pieces. This piece is marked in 3 places. The horses belly on the back and at the base. It says Geshutzt & numbered on the base. The Indian is Numbered. The belly has Geshutzt Numbered & FB Markings. There is a bit of Damage to it. The Arrow tip is missing and the arrow Wire needs rewrapped on one end. There is paint chiping and paint rubbing. And at the base the back of the bronze is lifted abit. But reguardless it is such a great piece of art. It measures right at 12" long x 8" at its tallest x 6" at its widest. The base is made out of Wood. Ive seen the Native american looking pieces sell for $5,000 and up. Because it needing some repair. I am starting it at a lower price. With a buy it now price also. These dont come around often.
