I have for auction a Mint Copy of Viet-Nam Combat Uniforms by Hunt & Mendez, Limited private printing in 1980 # 381 of 500 Total available . This is the best collector reference guide to Viet-nam combat uniforms available. All photos are of ORIGINAL uniforms and equipment assembled as worn during the Viet-Nam War. No same type or style stuff, everything in the photos is 100% original.The entire monograph is 24 pages, 7 full pages of line drawings with color dots for modelers and collectors to reference, 5 full pages (4 photos each) of US, ARVN, VC, NVA uniforms and field equipment on mannequins. Each fully dressed mannequin has a description of all the items in the photo. Almost all the photos are front and back views of every uniform. The line drawings are detailed sketches of Body armor, grenades, VC/NVA field gear, U.S. Uniforms.The color dots were hand sprayed with modeling colors that exactly matched the original equipment and were placed on the pages by hand.
