Up for auction is a ('w/collar, M-1955) United States Marine Corps (" Flak Jacket")..Body Armor..Dated : 7 May 1968, the size is Medium, it is in very good condition..( not perfect ..used but not abused)...t is a small break in the material on the very top of the rifle sling (rope) stop,.. a few very small stains ..and two very small spots w the top corner of two of the jackets protective plates have worn through the material..all snaps and zipper work fine. Buttons are in place under the flaps of the cargo pockets.. all protective plates are in place, it's all together in great working condition. For its age, this flak jacket is very nice. Any questions please e-mail me..Sorry, but I will only ship this item within the lower 48 United States If you ever wore one of these in the Nam..you know they have some weight to them..( 10 to 11 lbs.)
