It is brand new with cardboard protectors over the corners and will be well packed. It measures 15 high X 18 wide This is a beautiful print of the Vietnam Wall Memorial called " Reflections " as Portrayed by artist Lee Teter . It is in a Mahogany colored frame with gold accents around the inside. It is professionally double matted with creme color as the primary and gold for the inner. The images of stamps shown below the print are of The Vietnam War, Honoring Veterans, The Purple Heart Medal, and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
