Every Member of our Armed Forces in Nam worn one of these at one time or another, the Vintage Nam Poncho and Liner are still very Monsoon Worthy, and in good condition. Does show some wear, t are no holes or rips. T are Grommets to tie in the liner,and snaps, Liner is mark with a Manufacture and instructions in use, The Poncho has no markings that I see,or remember as I brought it home from Nam in 1970, The liner I obtained in 1971.
