Questionable and unusual Vietnam war Special Forces MACV / SOG shoulder tab for Recon Team New Mexico. Constructed of khaki cotton front over an OD cotton back with hand guided machine sewing. Not a known style either as original or a known reproduction. Possibly a unique, original piece, but I am unsure so selling it AS IS. Probably manufactured in South East Asia, but age is uncertain. all of the items currently listed came from the estate/collection of J. R. Nace, a former pilot and collector of Special Forces, SOG, SEAL, RANGER, AIRBORNE AND RECON items. He flew with the 101st Airborne in the Vietnam era and after and collected these item during this time. I will be listing original, reproduction and 'questionable' items at a rate of about 10 items per week until gone. Originality is defined and warranted as follows: 'Reproduction' items are just that, not original to era and in most cases not military issue and are all sold AS IS WITH NO RETURNS 'Questionable' items are possibly correct in style, manufacture and fabric composition, but are of unknown origin and age, and possibly reproductions or modern and are sold AS IS WITH NO RETURNS 'Original' items are correct for the era represented and are correct in fabric, manufacture and in my opinion are original items. ALL ORIGINAL ITEMS COME WITH A ONE WEEK, NO QUESTIONS ASKED
