Vietnam war Year 1968 U.S. Army magnetic compass including a green US Army pouch with snap-on button...Compass has serial # FSN 6. It's well marked with the manufacturer MFGR. UNION INSTRUMENT CORP. from Plainfield, N.J., DA-04-200-AMC-1234(T) and is dated 7-1968. On the back, it's marked "Radioisotope H3 A.E.C. License No 8 5736-3 Contain 75 Radioactive H3 DO NOT OPEN Dispose Of Per AR 755 380" and "IF FOUND RETURN TO MILITARY AUTHORITY". It's in excelling working condition, considering its 39 years of age. Compass has the meter markings along the side with a scale of 1:25000 meters. Compass pouch measures 5" high by 3.75" wide ! This item represents a authentic piece of Vietnam war military History !
