Up for auction is a handcrafted Italian Vietri "Foglia" (translated leaf) teapot. It is made of bianca (white clay) by one of Italy's most noted manufacturers. Approximate size is 61/2 inches tall and 11 inches wide from tip of spout to end of handle. This teapot is is mint condition. The bottom is marked 7727 and Vietri-Made in Italy. This is a beautiful teapot, and would be a perfect complement to your table or decor. I have not been able to find this particular piece for sale in stores that sell Vietri pottery. Today Vietri is the largest importer of handcrafted Italian pottery. Foglias unique shapes and luscious green coloration complement nature-inspired home decors.
