"Mount Fuji as seen from the Hakone Villa of Baron Koyata Iwasaki " This is a print by famed Japanese shin hanga artist, Kawase Hasui. I believe it is a 1935. The ragged edges at the top and right side do not represent damage -- the paper was originally rough on some edges. In the photos, note the embossed lettering at the bottom of the print. This is a clear sign that the print is an original and not one of the many modern reprints of Hasui's that are now on the market. I am pricing this to move quickly.
