Famed vintage cookware by Villeroy & Boch , this design named Amapola, was made in Germany from 1981 to 2001 of metal covered with baked enamel and painted floral designs. This sauce pan has been used mostly for display and is in flawless condition, measuring about 8" in diameter, about 3-1/4" in depth and with an antique bronze handle 5-3/4" long. The lid has a knob of the same material as the handle and the pan and lid have their edges trimmed in gold-tone metal, again, all in the finest condition as produced by V&B. The pan and lid weigh over 3 lbs., packed properly to ensure safety the shipping weight is between 4 and 5 lbs.
