VILLEROY & BOCH AUREUS 40 1/2 ounce TEAPOT MADE IN GERMANYThis auction is for this elegant & lovely Teapot in the Aureus pattern shown in the photos. It is in like new condition, with the paper barcode sales tag on the bottom and may be new with no chips, cracks, scratches, or wear marks. I bought this at an Estate Sales, so I can't say it is new, but it appears to have never been used. These teapots sell for $182.00 on many websites, and even higher on some.The teapot is perfect for casual dining or formal entertaining and the pieces in this collection feature a blend of gilded opulence and sophisticated style. The cheerful flower blossoms float gracefully across white bone china along with gold and aqua filigree patterns as any of the items in this set enhances your tabletop. The teapot measures 5 1/4 inch wide at the base, and weighs 1 pound, 11 ounces. It stands 6 inches tall and measures 10 1/2 inches from the handle to the spout with the oval opening measures 3 1/4 inches by 4 1/4 inches.Add this to your teapot or Villeroy & Boch service set!
