Hard to Find Coupe Soup Bowl in Amapola Patternby Villeroy & Boch This listing is for one (1) coupe soup bowl in the popular Amapola pattern by Villeroy and Boch of Germany. This pattern was introduced in 1981 and discontinued in 2001. This coupe soup bowl is white porcelain decorated around the inner wall with orange, blue and lavender poppies on green stems under a glossy glaze. The soup bowl is 8 inches in diameter at the rim and 1 1/2 inches tall. This coupe soup bowl is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing and only a few light utensil marks seen with reflected light. The decoration is bright and intact. The black back stamp reads, "Villeroy & Boch, anno 1748, Germany, Amapola, VITRO-Porzellan, Spulmashinenfest, Garanti lave-vaisselle, Dishwasher-safe, Microwave-safe."
