is a wonderful opportunity to replace or add hard-to-find pieces of the Villeroy & Boch pattern, Le Balloon (Ballon) Series. This listing is for a LIDDED COFFEE POT (approximately 4 cups) in perfectly NEW condition. T are no chips, cracks, hairlines, repairs, crazing or nicks. This pattern was adapted from Jean Mercier's famous watercolors and signed Jean A. Mercier. It was discontinued by Villeroy & Boch in the 1988. The bottom of the plate is marked: Depuis 1748, Villeroy & Boch, Acienne Manufacture Imperiale et Royale Luxembourg, Le Ballon, Vitro-Porcelaine, D'après les aquarelles de Jean Mercier Paris, From Jean Mercier's famous watercolours, Nach Aquarellen von Jean Mercier .
