This auction is for a vintage/original dealer showroom poster for the 1937 Graham Cavalier (series 95). It was produced by the Graham-Paige Motors Corporation of Detroit for use by their dealers to advertise the car in 1937. The brothers Graham acquired the Paige company in 1927 and shortened the name of the car to Graham in 1931 and produced automobiles until 1941 (WWI). After the war they combined with Henry Kaiser to produce the Kaiser and Frazer cars with the Frazer being named after Joseph Frazer, Graham Paige's President. This poster is large, 38 by 50 inches, with the image of the 2 door sedan being fully 41 inches long. The colors are extremely fresh, crisp and bright and the overall condition is excellent. T are no tears, rips nor stains. T are some wrinkles, primarily along the edges, a short crease at the upper right corner and another vertical crease above the hood to the top edge. The poster has a great art deco look and would make a terrific decoration in many other settings (bar, restaurant, auto dealership,antique car dealer,etc) besides the home of a Graham Owner. This is a NO RESERVE auction We do NOT sell reproductions of any kindWe will be selling our inventory of old advertising (SHOWROOM POSTERS, PAPERWEIGHTS, MIRRORS, LETTER OPENERS, etc.) over the next few months (or until we get bored). All the items are vintage and will be sold with NO RESERVES and LOW OPENING BIDS. WE HAVE 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK AND INTEND TO KEEP IT THAT WAY. We ship our posters in a heavy duty mailing tube which costs $6.00. Total shipping costs (including the tube) will vary depending on weight and destination but generally run $10 to $16 in the USA
