Beautiful hand painted bird plate. I need help with the mark. I think is says 21G VRO Oimbra Portugal Sec. This is heavy pottery and the size is about 8 3/4" across. The bird is blue with purple wings. Green leaves, black, purple, pink and blue bands. This is in very good to great condition. No chips or cracks but some bubbles in the glaze broken out.
