Japanese Cloisonné Square Powder box C.1920 w/foil

Square shaped Japanese Cloisonné Powder Box, 2 ½” diameter x 2 ½” and 1 ¼” deep.

The top of the box is green enamel with a cobalt blue foil panel and the Cloisonné decoration of a butterfly and flowers-see photos The base is green enamel with a border matching the top of small circles in black

Date: Meiji Period, c.1920’s

Size Square sides are 2 ½” long and the overall height is 1 ¼”

Condition: very good vintage condition
