This is the vintage Rosenthal sitting puppy in rich chocolate and mocha tones. It is in pristine condition with magnificent detail and spectacular glaze and handpainting. He has an impressed 18 and the Rosenthal Germany green stamp. He is hand signed with the artist's signature K and impressed Th. Karner. He measures about 6" tall x 6 1/2" wide. If you are a collector of Rosenthal, dogs or dachshunds, in particular, this is hands down one of the finest detailed ones we have seen. Important Note : We do not have a fine digital camera; tfore, various reflections and lighting anomalies make it appear that t is speckling or spotting on the dog.
