Beautiful detailed cameo brooch - 10K gold solid, and is stamped 10K on the inside rim. Has a hinged loop at the top so that it can be worn as a necklace, or alternatively as a pin. It measures 1 1/2 inch by 1 1/2 inches. Excellent condition, and hinges/clasp in working order. The lady is wearing a necklace and has flowers in her hair. The design projects from the cameo. It is very detailed. The back "shell" is light pink. I have owned this piece since the 1980s, and always thought it was one of the prettiest cameos I had ever seen. It was seldomly worn. I have tried to show the 10K mark in one of the photos. I will insure this piece. Please feel free to ask any questions.
