This rare vintage delicate round design 10K Gold Pin was worn stateside by a "Blue Star" Mother who had a SON in active military service at one time. The pin is round & has multi-color enamel (candy apple red, cobalt blue & white) on the front. Across the center of the pin is a 5-pointed star. I am not certain if this Vintage military jewelry dates to WW1 or WWII - probably World War 2. Enameled Gold "1 Son In Active Military Service" Pin measures ~ 13/16 diameter inches & is stamped "10K" on the reverse. This 60 +/- Year Old home front pin is in GOOD CONDITION! NO NICKS, CHIPS, CRACKS or excessive wear to the enamel except I question a small area at the bottom right of the flag. Hopefully you can see in the picture for your evaluation. Retains original fully functional locking clasp, hinge & pin stem. Shipping and handling cost includes insurance. Feedback I honestly describe my items to the best of my knowledge.
