Vintage 10K Yellow Gold Blue Topaz & Diamond Ring Description: Stunning Vintage Blue Topaz Ring crafted from 10K Solid Yellow Gold. Featuring a faceted 12 mm marquise blue topaz gemstone set in a lovely gallery surrounded by 8 diamond chips set in white colored gold. It looks like there are 16 diamond chips, but there are only 8 alternating with little white gold to look like diamonds. Wide 7.5 mm yellow gold band. A lovely ring. Its special design creates a royal look when worn.
