We are offering for your consideration this Vintage 10kt Yellow Gold and Diamond Double Heart Ring. This item is a Size 7, 1.5 gms., features a single .02ct round facet cut diamond (SI clarity/HIJ color), clearly marked "10K", and is in good/very good condition.
