Up for your consideration is a 14" tall vintage Risdon all glass lamp/lantern for oil and/or kerosene . Made in Danbury, CT by the Risdon Mfg. Co. Also on the wick knob is "P&A". (?) (How does one know if it's for oil or kerosene? I'd appreciate it if you emailed to let me know!) Condition : Fairly good vintage condition. No chips or cracks in the glass. The wick knob was a little stiff but some oil has helped it now & maybe a little more would still benefit it. Base is darkened by former use; I'll leave it to the winning bidder to decide if they want the golden amber patina or not. Dimensions : 14" x 6" at widest This was acquired from a property that had been abandoned since the 70s and I know someone who just purchased this property and the contents of the residence were also included.
