It is possible to collect items from our shop in Winsford (CW7) Mon to Sat. please let us know if collecting !!!!If for any reason you are not happy please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue. In the event of a damaged or broken item, all original packaging must be kept and photos taken, if possible, in case of a Royal Mail claim as the item may need to be returned Payment by Paypal is preferred.
