If you've always dreamed of one day owning a fine solid gold Swiss watch but thought you could never afford one, your day has come. This vintage 60s timepiece is by Swiss watchmaker Wittnauer. The case is stamped 14 karat gold and features a gorgeous white face with gold hour lines, a date window, a small sweep second face and the classic Wittnauer stylized "W" emblem. The word "Swiss" appears on the bottom of the dial. The Wittnauer "W" also appears on the winding stem. The back of the watch is polished gold in excellent condition. Only one fine scratch line is on the crown, and it is not obvious without close scrutiny.The attached leather band is stamped "Wittnauer" and is in excellent condition. The watch runs as new and keeps perfect time (of course!). This is a watch to be cherished and can be worn with pride. The styling is classy and timeless, a testament to understated good taste.
